Custodian/Cleaner Job
Summary:
Custodian/Cleaner staff must be able to attend to our grounds with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our golden associates and visitors.
You will be expected to be punctual, thorough, and eager to learn.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
None Custodian/Cleaner's Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of all rooms including offices, common areas, and warehouse.
Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, concrete or tiled floors as needed.
Dispose of trash from bins and containers Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed.
Clean sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in private and public bathrooms.
Gather used rags and place in designated bins between break periods of warehouse staff.
Gather any spare parts and store and organize accordingly in designated labeled bins.
Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed.
Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered.
Maintain use of appropriate signage when cleaning or repairing.
Assist as general labor support as needed in the warehouse.
Other duties as requested.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Golden Manufacturing product knowledge existent and new.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Minimum Education and
Experience:
High school diploma/GED Other Requirements:
Completed health screening questionnaire.
Provided at least two professional references if requested.
Completed applications, resume and education if requested.
