Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with organizations, decision-makers, leaders, and influencers to position Suncoast Credit Union as a financial leader Process a wide range of financial transactions for credit union members and maintain accuracy according to organizational standards Sustain a strong pipeline of appointments through the maintenance of existing client relationships Conduct presentations to groups of employees, educating them on the different account features and benefits offered by Suncoast Ensure all regulatory requirements are followed when opening accounts, performing maintenance, account changes, reconciliations, or error resolutions Process consumer loan requests by interviewing members to determine loan eligibility, offer recommendations according to underwriting guidelines, and complete documentation required for loan disbursement Solve problems regarding members' financial needs by listening to details, collecting data, securing answers, and reporting results to the inquiring party Promote features and benefits of the credit union products or services to meet the needs of the member Serve the community by actively representing Suncoast at area events Coordinate and facilitate onsite events at acquired organizations to drive new membership growth Create an exceptional member service experience Bring the One Company initiative to build qualified referral production with an internal line of business partners (STIS and Business Services) Collaborate with the Personal Relationship Banking Manager to develop the payment and banking B2B marketing strategy Plan and campaign cross-promotional opportunities to drive activation Support current products with sales enablement initiatives, digital projects, and multi-faceted communication with the aim to engage providers with financial literacy Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including response analysis and evaluation of KPIs Maintain knowledge and understanding of current trends, laws, and issues affecting the area of expertise Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (BA or BS degree in a business-related field preferred) 5
years of experience in financial services, banking, revenue cycle, credit card, or payment industries 3
years of B2B marketing experience; working in a highly matrixed organization, creating, and managing marketing campaigns with multiple work streams and interdependencies 3
years of client management or agency experience Travel required Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Superior math proficiency to calculate loan-to-value ratios and debt-to-income ratios Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality Experience applying marketing analytics to marketing strategies, such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning Proficient with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint High energy with an advanced ability to network and engage other professionals Ability to prioritize tasks, deal effectively with competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management Ability to analyze and resolve difficult and complex problems Good communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators Ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures Safe Act Statement This position requires the employee to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
The employee will obtain a unique identifier from the registry before engaging in mortgage loan originator activities.
The employee must maintain and renew the registration on an annual basis, provide updated registration information with the registry on a timely basis, and provide a unique identifier to consumers as required by applicable SAFE Act regulations and Suncoast Credit Union policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
